Just improving the feed rations will decrease methane. We push rate of gain with hot rations, which means more methane. Cows are meant to graze.

Pretty insulting to the folks dealing with avian influenza, who are following proper biosecurity precautions. How did that Eisenhower quote go?

I hope Minnesota will agree to the petition to take the top two tiers of counties in Iowa along when it secedes.

Do something besides whine on social media. Perhaps go find your spine. Then maybe figure out how to stand up to the petty tyrant.

The sad part of this is that all it would do is add protection for the J6 insurrectionists. Just read about how many cops, federal agents and correctional officers were sympathetic to them, or treated them like celebrities in lock up. It’s sick.

It’s called ethnic cleansing. What’s so hard about calling a spade a spade?

Ernst would need a backbone and a conscience for her to stand up to MAGA.

And I’m sure that CBS, once they settle Trump’s lawsuit that they could easily defend, will act like good soldiers and keep sane washing Trump. The Emerald City is a long way from Des Moines.

We bought some portobellos, but I am worried they won’t fit in my fridge. There wasn’t mushroom. I’ll see myself out.

Dammit. Now I need personality AND verve in addition to good looks? Social media is hard.

Iowa City might not be a good sample either. Random strangers at a Casey’s in Casey might work.

I was doing chores this morning in -13 actual air temps. DC feels like shorts weather to this guy.

Rather lazy, snobbish reply. I suggest you attempt proper capitalization or punctuation before you complain about reading and writing skills. Secondly, some concepts may transmit better via than text/photos. It’s easier to show soil health improvements or cattle BCS with video than text alone.

Haven’t heard of Neptune. I will have to look it up.

Neither Reels nor Shorts allows for the same kind of interactive community dynamic TikTok had. Maybe if they were standalone apps, but both still have the fingerprints of Google/Meta all over them.

True. Very true.

Agreed. We’ll have to patiently wait for @skylight.social. Clapper is a dumpster fire at the moment. It cracks me up that all these lawmakers worried about privacy forget about Cambridge Analytica. Or want us to forget about it.

Looking forward to downloading it.

I have to wonder if, regardless of the outcome, TikTok might just be done for. Seems a lot of people liked the platform because it was interactive and decoupled from the other big Tech platforms. Elon and Meta involvement just delegitimizes it, like Threads and X.

As a former journalist, I am flabbergasted at the way your paper and other legacy media are complying in advance. This is just empowering the oligarchs who think like Yarvin.

100 percent. That guy probably still refers to Zimbabwe as Rhodesia.

When are you going to come out and see the Stock Cropper’s farm? I’d invite you to tour some other pretty inspiring farm enterprises trying to improve our food system.
