Turn is a game about Shapeshifters in a small town, so the two halves of the sheet indicate your animal nature and human nature. In Arcology World the playbooks are split between descriptive and Role playbooks. Role indicate what sort of role you play in the community ->

Danger Patrol, and Samjoko Publishing's Worlds in Peril (2015), a PBTA superhero RPG where you combined an Origins Playbook and Drive Playbook. I recall Capes (2006 or before) did something similar.
