More men need to speak about this. I am beyond tired of hearing MAGA be allowed to define what a "real" man is without any pushback. I would seek out your definition of a man every day over what MAGA is offering. In fact, I did and wouldn't have it any other way.

He may be a bigger danger than Trump, and that is saying a lot!

I had a similar discussion with my husband about travel plans, and our trips to other countries have been put on pause for a while because of how Americans are now perceived.

Think about the fact that Trump can say and do anything crazy that he wants, and it is forgotten within one day or completely ignored by the media. No one wants to discuss the elephant in the room.

They are getting rich and fame beyond their wildest dreams. They have made zero sacrifices. They are using the presidency as a way to make billions.

Excellent point.

I am really embarrassed for our country right now.

This can't happen. No Trump should ever disgrace our White House again.

What do people call groceries other than groceries?

I think that was his intent because nothing matters anymore with this President and the GOP. There are no lines that won't be crossed. They glorify this man and treat him as the second coming. It is so disturbing on so many levels.

And by today's standards, Mitch is the moderate among the group.

Every single law firm that has been targeted by Trump should have taken the same path. I would be curious to know exactly what they agreed to do for the extortionist in chief. It was a shake down pure and simple. They should have fought.

That is hard hitting and says quite a lot with few words.

It is like Trump finds the villains throughout history and decides to implement their actions (all at the same time). Who said he wasn't a student of history. 🙄

How did this administration find so many people with autocratic tendencies? Is there a club or something?
comment in response to post
And if they do capitulate, the attacks will still continue because Trump will smell weakness. Case in point, Trump now believes that all of the law firms that bent the knee are his personal attorneys who must take cases he decides they will work on pro bono. The law firms did nothing wrong.

He isn't doing science. He is a political tool with no concern for the survivability of the planet for future generations.
comment in response to post
Why did he think anything would be better under Trump? Did he forget the last time Trump was President and tried to overthrow the government to stay in office?
comment in response to post
Weird timing. I just watched it tonight. You are right. It is entirely believable.

Are they so deep into their cult that they can't see what they are doing and just how plain wrong it is?
comment in response to post
The real question is why no one is stopping him.
comment in response to post
This has to be stopped.

MAGA believes, maybe rightly so, that Patel & Bongino are at the FBI to do their bidding and go after their enemies. The problem is that you can't trust the heads of the FBI. We truly do not know where their loyalty lies. Is it to the US or the unhinged right-wing lunatics? I guess time will tell.

The market dropped over 1100 points. That is a big deal. No one has confidence in what they are doing. And they shouldn't!

Give kudos to the people who are destroying our retirement plans? I think not!
comment in response to post
No. I am not surprised. This can't be legal. I hope that lawsuits will follow if this bill passes the Senate and it is signed into law.
comment in response to post
Nothing says more that I have confidence in what I am doing than hiding it from the American people that I am supposed to represent.
comment in response to post
I know. Why don't the reporters call him out on these blatant lies.
comment in response to post
Beta men surround Trump. It is gross and disgusting.

He has no master plan. The stock and bond markets were collapsing because of him. He choked and then had the nerve to claim victory. This volatility is not over by a long shot. We have 10% tariffs across the board, 125% tariffs on China, and 25% on steal, aluminum, and auto parts. Our allies hate us
comment in response to post
They don't care if people die.
comment in response to post
So what exactly are the Democrats doing in Congress and in the Senate? Quit talking in platitudes and take action.
comment in response to post
We are currently at rock bottom right now. I guess they are planning on digging their way home to hell as we speak. It should be quite a reunion. 😡
comment in response to post
No doubt. The cult is real.
comment in response to post
This is complete bullshit. I don't have any faith in the NC Supreme Court to fix this blatant stealing of an election for partisan reasons.
comment in response to post
That should be easy to prove that she is a lunatic.
comment in response to post
Me neither. It is very unsettling.

But they are all in on the tariffs. I hope they think it is worth it.
comment in response to post
Wow. Thanks for the information. I thought because of the sanctions that we had stopped all imports from Russia.
comment in response to post
You may be right.
comment in response to post
Do we still buy things from Russia?
comment in response to post
That sounds pretty succinct, descriptive, and accurate.

But they won't because they are too afraid to cross the insane king.

Trump doesn't care what he is doing will crater our economy, retirement plans, healthcare, national security, & judicial system. He will never be President again, no matter what he is saying. He does want people to worship him, though. His base will turn on him because he hurt them financially!
comment in response to post
Trump's shtick has gotten so old. Every Democrat apparently is radical. He must be tired of hearing his same old playbook. One of my least favorite Trumpisms is "everybody knows it."
comment in response to post
Me neither. I can't imagine what the founders would think of Americans right now. What happened to courage and those who stand strong on principle? What happened to those who were willing to fight for democracy and the rule of law? Have we just given up on our country and what it means to lead?
