Games? “what’s yours like?” is easy low stakes game you can play sitting around (don’t need a table) and folks can come in and out. How about a PowerPoint party? People prep insane PPTs on their favorite niche topic. Theme nights—teams prep a dinner on a theme. Everyone else dresses to theme.

You might try switching forms of calcium. I always took carbonate form and had strong nails. My doc suggested I switch to citrate form which supposedly absorbs better and my nails started peeling and breaking. I’ve switched a few times to confirm. Taking the carbonate form works for me. Worth a try?
