Since I last rode my bike, since my last audax in fact 2 weeks ago, I couldn't figure out why my rear tyre kept going down slowly. Pesky puncture? I just checked. Nope. Bloody valve core was loose! This isn't the first time this has happened. But one thing I do know, it never used to happen 🤨

I only found out yesterday the Tour of Britain women's race was on. After finding out it was available to watch on i-player I watched stage 1 yesterday. I decided to watch stage 2 this morning and stage 3 the Scottish borders stage. Then realised stage 3 was on for 3 hrs 😬
