So how are you celebrating your birthday? <3

Interesting. As a child, my mom ~gave us~ a theme party (pirate) with friends, games (walk the plank), and a homemade cake. But I don’t ~know~ if it was my favorite way to celebrate. But I can’t think of any other way I would have wanted it. Mom-love. ❤️🎂🎁

I don’t think so. After reading the article, it seems it’s the Zambia government that is key. I base that on the Zambian officials not taking the US offer to help track the culprits.

Ooph. My yesterday: “looked for my car keys for 20 minutes. An hour after I dropped the car at the garage.“ I hope your day gets better.

So many idiots. And they are so incredibly ignorant. And don’t care.

Any place or moment that allows you space to “forget the list in your head” is golden. Great reminder to seek those out- even when not on vacation. Thank you for the gift.

MASH was the best show.

Right?!? It’s so satisfying of a job. I think I do it wrong though. I end up coated in grunge. It never looks like the power washer videos.

I had that once in 2024. It was a glorious 12 minutes. I hope yours lasts longer.

Or they were great - but double exposed!! 🥲

I sometimes despair in the thought that life is just one never ending list of ‘to do’s’. But then I find an excellent chocolate chip cookie and I forget that thought.

Yes! My mental health is better when I have dirt under my nails, sore muscles, and a slightly better looking garden. I’m glad you made the time. I might get out there Saturday/Sunday.

There should be guardrails for sure. But I’d want future drs to use every tool at their disposal. And if artificial intelligence can scour thousands of cases to show related issues faster, that seems like a good tool. And absolutely, drs will need to use their own brains to interpret the data.

Those colors are absolutely gorgeous. You captured a bit of heaven, there! Good on you!

But this one is so hard: “Decide when to act & when to let it go.” Working on it. Maybe the mimosa will help.

Maybe he ran out of unicorn blood, and is now aging at a fast rate.

Here’s my favorite tree on the planet. A sycamore. In Pennsylvania. And me hugging it on my latest visit. Old friends.

Yup. Cutting back on all purchases. Essentials only.

So true! There are kind & generous followers of God. There are people who claim to be followers but their actions say otherwise. There are kind & generous non-believers. There are hurtful non-believers. (And I’ve said/done many unchristian things the past 90 days. I’m a work in progress. )

Agree.

Absolutely. We tried many churches before finding ours. We focus on Jesus’ teachings. Our sermons aren’t political. We support helping those in need. We have parishioners of all political parties. Women are equal. We support science and encourage questions. All are welcome. Gay marriage. Episcopal!

Commenting so I can find this again. Looks delicious.

Disagree. Please listen. -Most churches aren’t rolling in money. -pastors pay taxes -most churches do much good for the community -if we’re focused on fixing the deficit, get the 1% to pay their share -people need community and hope. If they find that in a loving /honest church, leave them be.

Rest in peace. Well done, faithful servant.

Ugh. So sorry. You don’t deserve that negative energy. You are doing the smart thing by ignoring. (And yeah, even ignoring us hard and exhausting)

You went to Costco on a Saturday??? And the Saturday before Easter holiday? Braver than me.
