Haven’t seen this myself yet, but guessing it’s where 70, 470, and 6 all converge out by Green Mountain. There is always a billboard there promoting shows. I’ve seen it advertise Phish, Dead & Co, UM, Billy, etc. Either way, best billboard ever.
