The great thing about a park is no one gets stuck with too much clean up. Everyone gets to hang out & talk.
Drinks/ice/coolers can be complicated. I've been to events where we signed up for stuff. Like 3 slots for coolers, 6 for ice.
If there are small children there should be a first aid kit.
