Any reasonable person would conclude that intentionally increasing someone's risks while undertraining them would result in an injury. As a trainer and expert, Kirkendall cannot even plead that he's less aware of that than "any reasonable person." Hope they throw the book at him.

Shareholders will soon realize how easily unrepentantly greedy, incompetent, and self-serving CEOs could be replaced with AI. They're already middlemen relying on suites of consultants, experts, and underlings to do their work and make their decisions to distance themselves from accountability.
