Balatro too. N++. Feels like Hotline Miami made a point of having an incomprehensible story as a way of saying "the story isn't important".
Is it better to have no story at all? Or is it worse to have a bad story? e.g. Neon White was gameplay I liked, Story I hated. Fun question.

Xbox controllers are past their prime. I’ve been an xbox-only controller guy since the 360 era and now that gyro is an option on PC, not one of these is worth looking at. Hate to say that I’ve put the Elite Series 2 down for an 8bitdo these days

As somebody who has only ever listened to MinnMax -- are any of these other podcasts worthwhile? I'm sure somebody can recommend me one of these but I can't stress enough how much I appreciate the cast of MM and their views on games, it's tough to imagine anything else comes close.

Haven't played 2 yet, but this mimics how I felt about CS1. Beginning was tense & nerve-racking, but once you escape out of the need to provide for somebody else, you're just rolling dice to make the game progress. Kept at it because of the writing. But it was a book more than a game at that point
