If you see a new scientist to the platform, please take special care to boost their content! One thing bsky's algorithmless feed sucks at is helping new people acquire views and followers. So the site feels especially hard for new people, which is one of the downsides to having no-algorithm.

Ok more than disturbed, I’m fucking pissed about this. It seems like the fight over the video has completely overtaken the absolutely batshit press conference. Did you hear what she said about “liberating” the city? About “not going anywhere”? See the pictures of “criminals” of color on the walls?

Yeah he graduated in the same Yale Law class as JD Vance and Vivek Ramaswamy, which I will go out on a limb and say probably has something to do with how he got his current job

What’s more disturbing about this video, is that the Tesla didn’t respond to a stopped school bus with its red lights flashing, which would have completely prevented the “child” from being struck.
If a Tesla can’t obey and follow the same laws as everyone else, it has no business operating.

In our $15 million HEAL funded multi-site clinical trial, we need the funds for current year expenses. Our sites are federally qualified health centers which cannot float research staff expenses. One of our best enrolling sites can't afford the staff salaries without guarantee of funding...
