Even if you take the new swings at Biden's age as warranted, the obvious lesson is the quality and competency of the president's cabinet and staff matters, since clearly we were a lot better off by every measure under that "failing old man" than this one. In Omaha’s mayoral race, the GOP incumbent dusted off her party’s hate playbook and ran a despicable anti-trans campaign. The Democrat refused to be intimidated. He campaigned for LGBTQ+ votes, while the Dem Party mocked the incumbent’s desperate lies. Omaha elected the Democrat. By a landslide!
