Right. It really is “don’t be afraid of deploys period.” I don’t want to be woken up or called back to work -ever-. If you fix Tuesday deploys, you have fixed Friday. If the specter of Friday is that bad, Tuesday is just as broken.

I shop at fry’s (for groceries) when I’m in AZ, which funnily enough I was too last week. It is truly weird.

Follows all the rules - isn't a closures. Only usable in the parent's frame. The kernel code isn't really optimized so eliding the frame pointer + argument here is very weird. Don't suppose my tiny bsky reach has any domain/os or low-level pascal people that can say for sure?

niiiice job. I remember telling some people about our build time obsession and them not really getting it. It's hard to imagine how much it helps, and how easy it is to slide. I do recall the CircleCI switch as being motivated by Travis being acquired and the entire team being fired, though?

1. I can’t help but think of this scene whenever I hear/read “biological clock.” 2. I may be guilty of using it whenever I want to express any mismatch between clocks.

I’m here for that. Also movies that don’t need to go that long need to be no longer than 90 minutes.
