I feel like FBB4L were shouting into the void for years for more Stray Bullets and then we stopped blogging and now there are more modern Stray Bullets issues than original issues. Lesson learned, I should have quit blogging even earlier!

I found an even Christmassier movie though mathematically they can't ALL have Christmases

Haha, both of those books (at different times in my youth) were such "wait... you can just do this???" moments of discovery. Neither series should work and maybe they didn't for a lot of people, but they hit me in the moment so hard

It sounds like he's going to get even more powers from Covid and/or the Covid Vaccine? Unclear! I've never heard of anyone involved with the book (and it's not the same people behind the Lightning Comics Difference ca. 1993)

Did I mention that having AIDS also made BLOODFIRE's blood ignite when it comes in contact with oxygen?

Lightning Comics is little remembered, though they did have some hilariously quaint policies back in the day: - No reprints! - No comic will ever have more than a quarter million copies printed, to retain their collectability. - Exclusive contracts so no one can steal their artists - Unique Origins!

BLOODFIRE was a very generic Punisher/Deathstroke/Nick Fury/Bloodshot type who almost died but got a super soldier serum that also gave him AIDS! But once his white blood cells were gone, he got super white blood cells that gave him a healing factor and also they ate bullets?

BLOODFIRE, if you were not around in 1993, is "the world's first superhero to get his powers due to the AIDS virus! Now- in the present day- the world has been swept up in a medical pandemic! How has this affected Bloodfire- and what changes have happened in the past 30 years?"

Whoops, here is the fifth! 1. John & Yoko pictured, only John interviewed 2. "The President's Daughter" 3: Unnamed topless woman for a investigative piece on The Sensual Massage 4: A teaser about an unnamed Sally Struthers getting punched in the face 5: Another Beatle Wife not getting named

This was also sort of the inflection point of Wrestler Off-Time so my understanding is that Gewirtz/Edge/Christian (and other younger wrestlers) weren't going out to bars and strip clubs and instead were hanging out playing video games and such, which added to the air of distrust and anger.

Remember that site selling shirts that were Just Two Things but all of them were like "imagine if rappers were aware of midbrow Midwestern things! LOL, only white people know what Whole Foods and Stumptown are, right?" It never ends.
