Strong agree. Seems much more plausible an agent would use Frank's move to try and bump fee and presumably his cut than Lange et al paying well over the odds for a profile of dubious need.

Hi Alex, I think I saw somewhere that you didn't fancy MA for Spurs presumably as either a wide forward or a 10. Is that still the case? Just wondering esp. in light of his strong season and some favourable write-ups? www.thetransferflow.com/p/here-s-a-f...

For sure...would add Damsgaard to that list but also think a lot of this noise is BS 🤞

Wide creator / Mezzala
Akliouche
Millot
Ben Seghir
Conflicting reports on Akliouche but esp. interesting as he could maybe play wide and #10

My son has told me he's Spurs but has also told me that he likes teams that play in red. Deeply unsettling.

I didn't realise how good he was plus he seems to play every game

Could we throw in Collins and Damsgaard?

Agree w yr EE assessment. Classic 'wingfielder' lol. Related, do think Damsgaard would be a pretty good profile for Maddison role and obvs relationship / history w TF wouldn't hurt. Would be expensive but cheaper than Eze. www.thetransferflow.com/p/which-epl-...

Completely agree, seeing it a lot and it's really just pretty stupid. I, for one, am looking for a coach that massively underperforms their available resources. It's also one unfortunate step away from highly problematic tropes.

In a similar place. Breaks my heart but think Wharton unattainable. Would love Camara + Hackney and some Mads reinforcement altho tough profile to get. Seen links w Semenyo which is interesting but no idea how credible / feasible.

Also just desperate for us to take advantage of this moment and invest properly. Of the firm opinion that Zubi is undecided about Arsenal not because San Sebastian is nice or whatever but because he yearns to play for us.

Yeah, all fair. Seem to remember links in the past and certainly @nathanaclark.bsky.social mentioned a while back. My love for Adam Wharton and ersatz Adam Whartons possibly getting the better of me lol

For sure, Camara would be a superior option rn and I really wouldn't mind a high upside punt on Redondo Jr skillcorner.com/blog/scouted.... Maybe just being paranoid re YB/RB...hope you're right!
comment in response to

For sure, don't mean to suggest it's one and done but have a nagging feeling we might hold on to both YB & RB and more than one profile in this ballpark might not happen but I hope that isn't the case. Really like the look / promise of Agoumé tbh

Agree. Think this came up / was suggested on the Transfer Flow pod - as opposed to the newsletter - where they suggested Magassa but he seems i) straight up ball winner and ii) poss quite raw
