It'll be really really tough but... Bournemouth, Brentford and Fulham are working miracles with their resources, they are a forced change of manager away from potential trouble.
Wolves, Everton, Palace are constantly bottom half, wouldn't be unprecedented for them to go down.

That's fair enough, in which case they weren't the right targets. IMO we just needed cover at CB & number 10, we didn't need a starting player. I get it's not easy, but Leeds always seem to make the Jan window look more difficult than others.

True, but we'd be offering them a chance to be part of a title winning squad and maybe through injury or them proving themselves they could play a part. There have got to be some footballers left who'd rather win something than rot at a PL club purely for the status, otherwise footballs gone
