Insurance because with the profit motive you are incentivised to not pay out when there is a claim

Health care because if profit is your motive you are going to charge the highest price a consumer is willing to pay. So how much are you willing to pay to stay alive?

There are functions of society that should not be run with a profit motive as profit is fundamentally in conflict with the societal function. Currently my top 2 are health care and insurance.

Money is a force not an idea. Speech is the expression of ideas. While money can be used to amplify speech, that is a use of force to amplify an expression separate from the expression itself (i.e. the logical basis of Citizens United is fundamentally incorrect).
