Currently listening! You can find streams on TuneIn Radio. I listen every night, just like in the old days.
The Internet Archive has lots of old Art Bell shows.

To you as well. I try so hard not to complain too much and stay positive. I’m sure it’s exhausting to be around though, and that leads to them giving up on me. I’m sure my partner and child are tired of it all too.

I’m sorry. I’ve been in and out of remission since 2019 (tumors growing again now). There are very few friends and family that still show support and caring. I’ve had lifelong friends just totally ghost me. I treasure the ones who remain, and the couple I’ve found along the way.

You’re pretty damn interesting and a delightful person in general. It’s a pleasure to know you.

It’s my friend’s Z24. His first job out of high school was at a dealer and he bought that car. It was a V6 with a stick. He loved it

Dealing with buyers sucks so bad these days, I’d rather give stuff away than try to sell it. And even giving stuff away sometimes is such a pain with the no shows and endless questions, I’d rather set fire to it. Plus I have no interest in random weirdos stopping by. It’s a shame.

My fear is that they are going to kill her because they hate that she is a strong, outspoken woman.

Since I nuked all my other social media accounts, I truly appreciate the effort you put in to promote the Sky on here!

100 percent. I feel so nice and warm and clean and relaxed afterwards but the processes involved in getting started are so overwhelming

I am assuming it is due to the wildfire smoke, the sky was dark here the other day when it came through, even being outside for a couple minutes was too much without a mask. Be safe!

When I am feeling down or my body is in pain and I get a simple text like "Hey, I hope you have a good day today" it can bring me a much needed boost. A few kind words can make a big difference. Thank you for the reminder to send a few messages to those I care about.
And have a lovely day!

I went with Proton, it costs money (I was paying for gmail workspace already, so it's a wash) but it's been great so far. I have custom domains, so I could download my archives and port over the two main email addresses I use with no issue. If you have regular gmail addresses it will suck to change.

I have a very poor relationship with my mother. After all the abuse she has dished out over the years to me, my partner, and kid, I just can't have that toxicity in my life. "But she's your mother!". My friends are my family, they care and support. Not her. There is no shame in cutting out family. ❤️

We have an understanding 🙂
But in reality, the place I feed them is a flat roof that a door upstairs opens up to that is far enough away. The wires and trees they observe from are on the far side of the alley, so no real danger of them dropping bombs on my cars, or at least so far *knocks wood*

Short video where you can hear how loud and insistent they were.

Ghost in the Machine and Abacab both came out in '81, and both cassettes were in heavy rotation in my boom box. There were some great albums put out that year, pop, rock, punk, metal, new wave, etc.

Oh yes, I deal with this all the time. The other variable is side effects of all the various drugs I’m on. 🙄

Yeah laser rot has been a thing since LaserDiscs were around. If you hold the disc up to a light source, you may see tiny holes from oxidation of the reflective layer.

You are an amazing human being. The things you do for others, the people you work with, your family, strangers - it’s all great stuff. Doing good for others, that’s where the true value lies. I’m a fan. 💕

The movie is terrible but the 40 minute car chase makes up for it.

I don’t know if you’ve seen the 1974 “Gone in 60 Seconds”, but it’s got one of the best car chase scenes ever filmed. The story behind how they shot that movie is wild too.

That’s great! I can’t tell you how many social functions I’ve been to that I feel obligated to stay at. Simply saying goodbye and going home is so liberating (but not that easy, so good for you!)

And probably for no other reason besides “fuck you, pay me”. I’ve already run into shortages and price hikes on some of my meds.
