I can’t remember if it was pub med specifically but one of my colleagues did show different numbers of items on a key database being returned by the same search at different times (not just more as time went on, but fluctuating numbers). This new degradation will obviously make things worse

This happened in 2008 and at the time popline was a crucial resource for sexual and reproductive health research. Just casually blocking global searches for abortion literature…

Unions worldwide should be pointing to the U.S. as a cautionary tale to help increase their membership and to apply political pressure to further enshrine workers rights in legislation.
