Pre internet, I used to LIVE for these lists, then spend like 3 years trying to find these movies to watch. Fun fact- still have my collection of Film Comment mags complete from 1988-the end.

And able to appreciate its long takes even more. Laszlo and Erzsebet's train station reunion...the wandering around the house by Harry desperately calling out for his father... the overhead train explosion scene-all masterful examples of the camera commenting on dual examples of hope and desperation

Doesn't have to be overly expensive, Alan. I collect vinyl and lots of options. You're in Houston, plenty of great second hand vinyl shops, Half Price Books. Keep it fun and enjoy the hunt!

Giving access to SSNs, other data on government employees to non-employees like Musk is a violation of 5 USC 552a, and carries with it a penalty of $1000 per person whose data was accessed. We are building a case. Govt employees who want to participate should contact me directly

So good! Been digging into Siodmak's films this year (and so few are available to watch without scouring the depths of torrent sites) and "Escape From Berlin" and "The Spiral Staircase" are two magnificent discoveries. Jealous for NY moviegoers.
