I'll find another event for tomorrow, there's no mask ban in Suffolk & many more convenient events. I'm none too eager to get arrested & likely disrupt my medication schedule.

Remember when Our Dear Leader told us that they'd only be going after "the worst of the worst" criminals? Nannies, caring for children. So dangerous.

The point would be to be too dead to be concerned with the consequences, while causing a much property damage & embarrassment to the Exploiters as possible.

Who would take them in, though? Aside from the ones who are dual-citizens of Israel.

Notably, they issued that decision without hearing anything from the state AG - he filed opposition 6 minutes later. Betcha $1 he didn't get notice with a reasonable time to respond, which sounds like a big Due Process violation to me!

Can't the Senate rescind their Confirmation of a Cabinet Secretary, or impeach them?

Exactly, that's the main principle behind his challenges in court, plus other laws that clarify & get more specific about where the lines are.

If I did ever get to the point of ending my own life because society had failed me like that, I wouldn't want my death to be quiet & hidden. No, I'd want it to be public, dramatic, messy, & impossible to ignore, & I'd make it very clear who's responsible. Gotta make 100% sure it's successful.

Wait, did they tie his legs up to his hands too? All I saw were handcuffs, but the Feds told the Senator's own staffer that he wasn't allowed to record & the video cut out.

As if a government disappearing people needs excuses but “Conspiracy to Commit Civil Disorders (18 USC 371) for distributing face shields to suspected rioters” is pretty broad & puts sharing PPE with community next to RICO, money laundering, frauds, etc—Ask yourself, who are you in solidarity with?

I'm sure the Secretary of Homeland Security is always being guarded by federal agents, especially in an area with lots of 1312 activity.

This is why Mutual Aid teams distributed free face shields in LA - because if they'll shoot journalists in the face like that, knowing they're press, they'll definitely do it to those exercising other 1A rights! It's only by the grace of God this man didn't lose an eye.

Once again, The Guardian doesn't miss with throwing shade at 47! I'm kinda impressed that the artists managed to get this production through; it's also rather telling of his cultural illiteracy that he didn't force them to change it, and DID show up to the premier! Vance confusing it with...

That was the dictator of Romania who got shot in the street, where they just left the body to rot for a week or two, right? I'm not familiar with that particular episode, though.

Really, whoever plays the king ought to come out in a Trump mask, especially to face the guillotine. I've never actually seen the whole thing; I assume you can't sing about the French Revolution for hours without a few executions!
