I once wrote one. Unironically, reasonably and correctly. The code was good, clean, and sound. Sat back in my chair and stared at the screen. How the hell had that happened. Then rewrote it, of course. I’m not a monster.

Anyone know where Kevin Bacon's left his car keys? Asking for a friend of a friend of a friend of friend of a friend.

Recently added an ability to show #aspire resource diagrams to our Rider plugin. Looks pretty cool

What the hell is my printer doing with all that whirring and thinking before printing? Just print the page. Stop being so needy

Why did Constantinople get the works? That’s nobody’s business but the Turks youtu.be/Wcze7EGorOk?...

Really nice post on gamedev testing. There are lots of reasons not to do testing with games, so it’s nice to see an explanation of how to test something with low overhead

Everyone knows alt+enter is The Correct QuickFix Shortcut. Even in VSCode. Especially in ReSharper for VSCode.

Hey @bsky.app, any chance we can get an “open in browser” option in the iOS app’s share sheet, please? The number of times I want to open a post in a browser so I can come back to it later…

And a public preview that moves the ReSharper engine out of the main Visual Studio process!

Well that Superman trailer’s a whole lotta fun

best unicode character is "ꙮ" without a doubt. used one time in a single 15th century manuscript to emphasise "many-eyed seraphim" and unicode thought it was really important that we can type that whenever we want

Wipeout. It’s why I bought the console in the first place.

Andor just gets better and better. I love the characters, the costumes and the sets, the little details that make the cultures real (and recognisably real life). And the “power couple” are just wonderful.

In my head, Sunhill was the police station for Eastenders, Holby City the hospital, and all the kids went to Grange Hill.

Very useful. Local History will save your butt by taking snapshots of your code while you work. Now it will label changes made by the AI Assistant. Nifty!

Thought for the day.

First batch of 3 S2 Andor episodes done. Still great.
