An interesting item that claims that the “functional unemployment” rate—that is, people without work and people who do not earn a living wage—is about 24%. I am not familiar with the Ludwig Institute, but it’s run by Clinton’s Comptroller of the Currency. www.prnewswire.com/news-release...
