Made a lovely single-serving friend at Mission Impossible at the cinema today. We agreed the new Naked Gun film looks funny, she told off the woman in front of us who was in her phone (I thanked her), and she admired Tom Cruise's jeans for their fit, and staying power. She's not wrong.

People have a lot of complaints about the NHS, but my GP is great. I just called saying "I don't even really know where to take this". The receptionist said "I think that's a question for the physio, he doesn't have any appointments until tomorrow afternoon, though". 5 minute call, appt next day.
