Alito writing this decision is a worst case scenario. What Sotomayor touches on here is the point. They want to make public schools unmanageable to gut them and end public education. This is a feature, not a bug of this decision.

Too late now since I'm assuming your flight is over but Gladiator 2 was so bad it was delightful. That being said, my husband hated it and was angry that it was even made. I viewed it as ridiculous escapism for two hours. See it for Denzel.
