People have been taught to “hate” taxes because we don’t see that money being used to help people, it only seems to help corporations & we have endless money to give to other countries in military aid.
Civics is important and it’s not something that gets taught or talked about.

Have you tried a goodwill or other thrift stores. Maybe scope out some yard sales? That’s a hard one. I have some tapes I’ve been able to transfer but they aren’t commercial. They are some you can buy to transfer, but you’re going to have to spend some money
