i had a blog back in the day, used for teaching purposes. I loved it. Everything has been so AOL from the get go. Facebook sucked day 1 and only got worse. People need to learn how to FTP, a tiny tiny bit of HTML, and a desire to learn. Then, we implement true peer to peer (like Limewire :)).

build on your passion and love for food and good things will follow. but try to go beyond typical Big Food approaches. The Med diet, and traditional rustic food really is really tasty for me. I have spent years trying to perfect a homemade vegan, non bean/non rice veggie burger and am getting close.
