No. A military coup is the LAST thing anyone should want! It would be the end of America.

You're painting with an absurdly broad brush there. The massive, nationwide protest turnout today disproves your claim. Shitting on the entirely of the U.S. is counterproductive and makes you look like a tool.

Okay, 3 things: 1. It's martial law, not Marshall law. 2. Trump is the Commander in Chief of the military. Martial law would give him more power, and remove our constitutional protections. 3. A military coup would be the end of America. It's the last thing we want!

That all makes sense, but I like how remote and desolate the Guardian ruins are. The atmosphere is haunting and tomb-like. When doing the Ram Tah missions it felt like it was just me and some ancient ghosts. A nearby station or research facility would break that mood of loneliness.

This is brilliant!

The one saving grace of all of the horrible things this bastard is doing is the knowledge that none of it brings him lasting happiness or peace.

The red makes it surreal and ominous. Perfect!

Also loving it. Even though I have no problem with eye contact and am selective about TV, I find the character so relatable it's worrying. Also, the episodes go SO fast. We joke that the serious could be binged in an hour.

Doing good works!

Well, the question of "what will I be having nightmares about tonight" has just been answered. (This is a joke, of course. There's zero chance I'll be sleeping tonight.)

Wait. What?

It's fantastic. Intelligent, well written, and with great characters. Starts with "what if the Russians got to the moon first?" and goes from there in plausible but often unexpected directions. #ForAllMankind #HiBob

There was another one that proclaimed "The Mystery is Solved!"

I was wondering who that is. Are you going to be there long? That's the big rock where I like to eat my lunch, and I wish you'd just go find your own. Mare Crisium is full of big rocks. I don't know why you have to take mine.

This reminds me of the old Twilight Zone episode "The Old Man in the Cave", which took place in the post-apocalyptic future of 1974. Your version is better, or at least more on point.

It kinda looks like you ported Elite Dangerous to Pico-8! 😎 (That's not a dig. Pico-8 is great!)

True. Maybe it's because I'm also getting old, but trying to read the manual on screen seems like it would be so much more tedious than having a physical book as a handy reference.

Still hot.

Uh oh...

I printed out the .PDF of the manual and still have it in a binder. I mentioned it to a friend who started playing before I did, and he said "there's a manual?" 😅 Of course, it's out of date now. I don't know why it was abandoned.

LOL! If people actually read and followed instructions I'd probably be out of a job. You can do an amazing job of scripting and tech writing and it won't mean a thing if it's ignored. However, Elite gives the option of going back and rerunning the tutorials, which is great.

Seconded!

My Type-9 still sports a Galconda sticker!

I'm not treating anyone like dogshit, so take that line of argument elsewhere. The whole point of the US is that we ALL have distinct cultures and values. CA isn't unique in that. Seceding would only silence your own voice in the country's course of action.

Sidestepping my doubt about it being 49%, how will we heal that? I don't know, but splitting the country guarantees it won't happen. It would also shatter our strength as a nation. I'll say again: You're advocating treason, and doing our enemies' work for them just as surely as Trump is.

No. There are no grounds for secession. We already fought a war to settle that issue. This is exactly what our (external) enemies want. Argue against paying federal taxes - I think a case could be made for that. But advocating secession makes YOU the enemy just as much as Putin and Trump.

I'll bet she couldn't list two things about the Sikh religion. Also, if she's so dead set on this position, does she speak out publicly when a Jewish rabbi gives the invocation? If not, why not? (Hint: because she's a racist.)

Not that this excuses them in any way, but this happened in 2019, and they ended up dropping the suit.

It sickens me that I agree with Steve Fucking Bannon.
