And because I recognize it’s important to practice gratitude I just want to add that I adore the devs I work with, each one of them treats me with respect and dignity and makes sure to let me know they see my value, and if it weren’t for that idk where I would be right now.

Caveat: don’t confuse eagerness to change with falling for the okeydoke. You can’t catch every wave but you can use discernment and knowledge of self to find the place that speaks to you and allows you to thrive on your own terms.
