Yeah. I imagine the number of people that qualify for the lottery and are willing to pay for the International Version are pretty few. But never underestimate their ability to find a Nintendo-Like solution

My wife got one of the Japanese ones in the lottery. I'm not interested enough to pay the extra for the multi-language pack so just gonna use this as an excuse to study a bit more Japanese. Also, maybe someone will figure out a way to get around the language limitation eventually. Guessing 3 days.

I was on Arc but switched to Zen as well. Main issue with Zen seems be that it's a super small dev team (just one person, maybe?) so probably relatively slow dev speed

I recall seeing something recently about a "This game uses no Gen AI" seal getting flagged by Steam and devs needing to remove it. So it seems like they need to approve any seals before they let people just slap stuff on their pages.

It's definitely not a game you play for the story. There's stuff to read and what not if you scan stuff, but definitely not *the point*. Metroid Prime 2 does have more story, for what that's worth. Getting momentum in the first game was tough at the beginning but it happens

I've gone ages without getting certain rooms, like The Gallery, which I've solved but didn't have the means to do anything with the reward at the time or the vault which is an even greater level of RNG that is pretty absurd.

They don't start until the afternoon. Around 3pm for a lot of places
