Months ago @alexfkraus.bsky.social hooked me up with a MYSTERIOUS Saturn DB15 cable and today at the local Hard Off I found the corresponding hardware, an Imagineer Arcade Stick! (Both cable and stick were 500 yen junk)

Can anyone help me identify this weirdo piece of PS1 hardware pulled out of the junk bin? Has a RCA video coupler like a GunCon, a 6 pin connector, and is a SINGLE pedal, but there are little pegs on the right side that makes it look like you would connect it to something else. The pedal is clicky.
