Remember when Marvel made a Deadpool movie without Colossus, Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Weasel or Dopinder so Ryan Reynolds could shoehorn in unwelcome cameos for his buddies and it sucked ass? That's the level of fuckwittery Marvel brings to characters that should've been kept out of its hands.

I plan to sleep tomorrow, and sleep hard. Temperature permitting of course.

Same tbh. Warm and a little tipsy.

Ultimately it's all about keeping our best arms customers sweet, right Keir? Capitalism is a death cult. Keir Starmer is a piece of shit.

The government knows that "terrorist" is a damaging label so will throw it at anyone who dares not fit their narrative in order to discredit and silence them. See Mo Chara of Kneecap, and now Palestine Action.

These activists were not "making up their own morality", they were acting out of morality. People who equate legality with morality without question are deeply concerning.

Anyway I went with this one, which I think is cool.

I say use it. Something along the lines of "My account isn't showing as a season ticket holder" and when they say you haven't bought one produce the email as proof and demand they give you one 👍🏼

Honestly I've been poked and prodded and stuck with needles more in the last six or seven months than I had in my previous 41 years of life combined.

What tends to happen is one doctor wants one blood test so I make an appointment then oncology wants this blood test and my GP wants that blood test and somebody else wants another blood test and they all pile up on the system so by the time I go in there's a list and they all just get done.

In a very minor way that always makes me think of this bsky.app/profile/comr...

Well exactly. The only ones lamenting a millionaire exodus are those who for some reason see them as saviours. They're not.

I'm sure I don't *need* to point this out, but just in case I do, yes this was sarcasm.

Ah yes I remember that Dhillons toilet, and all the people who wandered into the cubicle, made a horrified noise and exited immediately 🫡

Hoo boy there's a lot to unpack there

"I don't see myself represented and that makes me feel frustrated and angry" They're *so close* to getting it.

One of the so-called "Coventry City Twitter Legends" felt entitled enough to demand answers from the LGBTQ supporters group I am a member of to justify why they even exist, why are they needed etc, all the while steadfastly denying his own overt homophobia and bigotry. Twitter was an absolute mess.

Dear lord the absolute BARRAGE of abusive responses I got from people denying their homophobia, reveling in their homophobia or just plain being nasty. I've yet to experience that on "nastier than Twitter" Bluesky.

If the absolute worst of Twitter has decided that "Bluesky is dull" and are planning to stay away then that is absolutely fine with me.

Not sure if this counts as a hot take but I find Miles to be by far the more interesting and satisfying Spider-Man. I feel Marvel should almost retire Peter Parker to sort of an Old Man Peter role who pops up every now and then. There's nothing wrong with Peter, the character is just a bit outdated.

Having "special interests" that you become completely and utterly obsessed with and have to garner every conceivable facet of information about and tell to anyone who will listen and also plenty who won't, followed by feeling annoyed that they aren't nearly as interested as you are.

Equating actively choosing not to be anti-racism with being "politically neutral" is indeed some centrist-dad bullshit
