Formal apology to anyone following me who doesn't want politics on their timeline btw. I've just been getting increasingly angry at the state of things over here is all. If it does deter you, I understand, this shit sucks.

Do you have a Ditto? If so, you can always wonder trade until you get a starter and breed it with the Ditto. Nothing hacked carries over. If you have someone who can do it for you, you could also just have them trade an egg of the starters to you as well.

Side note, Dusk Lycanroc is not a coyote, however there's not really any coyote Pokemon so Lycanroc will have to do. It's not too common of a sight tho, especially living in the city area like I do.

Pokemon Emerald, but really any Pokemon game on the GBA is very solid.

Pokemon Stadium 1 or 2, likely with a Transfer Pak.

Super Mario World. Not 100% certain, but SMW might have my favorite artstyle of any game ever.

I haven't really played any Sega Genesis games other than the Genesis Sonic trilogy, so probably Sonic 2.

Kirby's Adventure or Super Mario Bros. 3. Maybe Duck Hunt if I have the Zapper Gun.

Honorable mentions to Hisuian Zorua, Celebi, Snivy, Hydreigon, and Meloetta for being with the others listed in the top 10 tho!

Not a mutual, but I might be able to answer it depending on the question.

Pokemon does have plenty of manga, which probably counts, most notable being Adventures.

You do have to dodge the high leveled Pokemon when you make your way to the Wild Area Nursery, but it is possible and I can 100% confirm you can breed Pokemon before you even enter Motostoke for the first time.

Fun fact, it was also the first game to have breeding available from the very beginning, so if you want a specific Pokemon that happens to be available later, all you need to do is get a Ditto and the Pokemon from another save, take a 3 minute walk over to the Wild Area Nursery, and boom. Egg.

This is exactly how I feel about Pokemon tbh. The three aspects I care most about are the gameplay, the music, and the story, and usually the games get at least 2 of those down perfectly for me with the gameplay pretty much always being one of them.

Like I would likely lose interest in playing a new save of Mario 64 after like 4 or 5 stars, but I could sit there watching wacky glitchy Mario 64 speedruns for hours, or even just someone explaining the weird ass mechanics that go into one of those runs in-depth.

I'm also a fan of the new Wiper kit. Definitely still a sword main after this update.

I loved the story in SV personally, and the DLC made me love it even more. Very good game if you look past the performance issues and slightly below average graphic quality.

That's totally valid tbh. I don't like using legendaries either if there's no stakes other than bragging rights. Tho tbf I'm also the person using Pokemon like Furret, Minun, etc. I love my lil guys lots. :3

That being said, I'm far from the best at Pokemon, and I feel like advice could vary coming from different people. I'm just giving advice out of my personal experiences with teambuilding, so make of that what you will.

I'd say it depends on your playstyle. If you like playing offense, I'd say match your Tera Type with one of your moves (can be Poison or Dragon or something else entirely), and if you like playing defense, go for a type that resists or is immune to Dragalge's weaknesses or a lot of types overall.

If you allow legendaries, Dialga and Eternatus are better with their respective typings, and Reshiram also takes neutral damage from Fairies due to its Fire type.

Depends on what game this is and if you allow or disallow specific Pokemon, but assuming this is SV, Archaludon and Dragalge are really good starting points simply for having STAB Super Effective damage on Fairies and taking neutral damage from them.

No story content, no. Stadium 1 and 2 can get pretty difficult (especially if you only use rentals) if you want a challenge, but outside of that, not really much you can do with them.
