Its not a "5 minute case" It will take weeks if not months or years to get a final Supreme Court ruling and meanwhile any client that does business with the government in any way (roughly 75% of their Revenue base) Is dropping the firm because they have legal issues that cant wait.

Perkins Coie is fighting the EO, and its temporarily on hold while it's being litigated. But they are losing clients to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars and Federal Prosecutors are refusing to deal with them. Its killing the firm.
