What appear to be around 20 federal agents, many masked, swarm Baraka for no discernible reason and start pushing the members of Congress. Again, I haven’t seen all the footage and wasn’t there, but two people who were right there say they didn’t understand why it was happening either.

At first it seemed possible Baraka was engaging in civil disobedience, and had intended to be arrested but that’s not *at all* what witnesses say happened or what the footage suggests.
