If you want to try something cheaper check out Keychron. I love their keyboards. The one I have (brown switches) is a little loud but there quieter ones (red switches). a.co/d/3cHJ6pu Also I prefer the tenkeyless layout. Having dedicated home and Pg Up and down buttons helps to jump around code.

I can see the convenience it brings but for projects with many people, I might be a bit cautious using it, to reduce the technical debt it brings.

I worked with R and it has the pipe operator and I found it very very confusing, probably because none of the other languages I had worked on till then had it.

If you are taking questions from followers - which font he would reach for, when building any new application? Like what are his favorites for the front end (not code editor)?

I use copilot workspace for this. What it can do is you can give it a prompt on one of your project's github branches. It will write some code and you can create a PR from it. Then when I get to my computer, I just open the PR branch and edit it to my requirements.

Yeah, but these videos I shared are just some ways to demonstrate how you could cook up your own AI toolset for development as an example.

You are right, but its more like you can pick and choose what tools you need, because there are so many variations in use cases. There can't be a single solution (at least not yet).

Check out MCP servers. VS code just added them in their last update, but other AI centric IDEs have had them for a while. It allows you to interact with various automation tools. This is just an example m.youtube.com/watch?v=duty... and youtu.be/cm4mzEcBJBc?...

I am not going to disagree on that, but putting a broad statement out like you did is inconsiderate too.
