Unfortunately no one knows how to use AI ethically and efficiently, so I'm skeptical.

I've dealt with this too and have no answer. I remind myself that it's impossible to be perfectly ethical in this regard--even if it's a sustainable brand, there's shipping, promotion, suppliers, etc., to think about. Supply chains are complicated. Do the best you can where you are.

He also seems unable to grasp that the Senator IS representing American citizens, many of whom are outraged.

I think we should definitely put checks and balances in the next Constitution. And a Bill of Rights.

I feel the same way about kids scrolling on their phones during classes. They never learn how to doodle or daydream or handle being bored.

I just saw a post from someone upset about their loved ones dying alone in the hospital during covid, blaming Biden. No mention of the millions of deaths. Just anger about the regulations that attempted to limit them.

One of the many things that I hate about this parade is that it is so disrespectful to the Army to put the troops in this politicized situation.

Augustus created the Praetorian Guard out of fear because he knew he was a king (called a princeps) and he knew what had happened to his uncle. So yes, he imbedded soldiers within the city of Rome and created the special unit whose name was used by the killer of Melissa Hortman & her husband, Mark.

I can't get over the fact that I find myself in agreement with Bill Kristol so much now. Even after all this time, it still amazes me when I think about it.

This is awesome! I have a foot injury that makes standing or walking for long periods difficult and I feel quite guilty for not being there! So glad there is a good turnout!

Good to hear. I took over someone else's class this year and they were using Wheelock, which I think works really well for the right kind of person, but none of the students were that kind of person.

My elected officials definitely don't, nor do the people who elected them. I think they object to the scientific infrastructure that brought us the vaccines more than the vaccines themselves though.

This is really cool. I lived in Indianapolis for a year but I never went to the courthouse and I had no idea about the sculptures there

I truly loathe this use of the word "bilingual."
