I got my one friend to bring his two year old to a Somerset Patriots game the other night and it seemed like an awful experience for him. I hadn’t seen him since January. They ended up staying for four innings then left. He basically said give it like five more years then I’ll see you again.

I recently started finishing biceps with seated db curls. 35 lbs 10 reps to failure. Or hammer curls just as many as I can possibly do.

Biceps are a big struggle for me I’ve been lowering weight to try and focus on better form and isolation. Chest, back and triceps are a different story.
