No, he should not go on Joe Rogan. Screw Joe Rogan. He's an un-American piece of shit.

I hate him and he's Russian-sponsored - same as Theo Von. But I wanted to point out that the comment was made.

This is why I understand we need war. But my desire for war is not a rejection of civil democracy, but an embrace of the reality that it has collapsed, the best and brightest are poor, sick and homeless, the worst of the worst are rich, powerful and famous.

The President can launch a 90 day military incursion without approval as part of the War Powers Act of 1973. (60, and 30 for withdrawal.)

I'm not an Obama fan (although I am getting closer to it)- I'm defending him now, and the reason is all of the people in the corporate press who are demanding his return. They said "where's Obama, give us Barack" and now that he's here, do you see any of them talking about this discussion?
No.

He's talking about independent voters who don't see any real reason to support either side.
Offering someone "not fascism, but still poverty, homelessness, and no medical care" is not a real offer

He's not saying to "negotiate with MAGA" - he's saying that to appeal to independent voters there needs to be a tangible offer in response to a real ask. (He specifically mentioned wealth inequality as a major issue.)

He's not saying to talk to the other side. He's saying to stop making the focus of our elected officials talking ABOUT the other side, and to offer something tangible to voters instead.

The numbers say otherwise, he did a lot. The question is WHAT he did, and the answer is that the things we need now are things which he didn't do, which is why I've said, dragging him out of retirement is gross and pointless. But listening to him as he is now is incredibly valuable.
