They also never question their own favorite politicians about their money.

And those that think AOC would be rich because she makes a couple hundred thousand as well when she has to have a place to live in the DC area and New York . . . They may get a housing allowance? I tried to look into it but didn't spend a ton of time searching. Still isn't enough to for a million+.

The number of people that don't get how Bernie could have a few million dollars without cheating the system shouldn't surprise me either. He is old, doesn't spend a lot of money, gets paid to speak, wrote a book, and makes 200k a year. Of course he has a few million.

Yes! I don't get it. I am working on a computer science degree right now, and I and my instructors talk about what AI is and isn't good for. It can't do what much of the public thinks, and you would think that these execs and AI worshippers in the industry would know better. They don't seem to.

I don't know any of this for sure, but it is what I can see they might be helping with.

People that make the most noise get heard. The more people that go to these things the less the right can pretend it is a small minority that disagrees with Trump. They show local leaders and Congress that people are serious and want change. They can sway some to support dems in the future.

People generally don't vote based on the vice president. I remember hearing most Trump supporters didn't like Vance very much. The people that voted for Biden that don't think women, much less a woman of color, probably didn't give much thought to the idea of Biden dying in office.

Do they use the money to help offset any costs of their travel and rallies? Sanders has a few million dollars, but AOC doesn't have as much (I don't believe the inflated numbers Republicans throw out there) and all this moving around and organizing adds up. I don't know how they fund that.

It is filled with sexists and racists. Whether or not they will be brave enough to try segregation I don't know. I think they will try to segregate all the women into a few positions before they will attempt to split up the races. They can get away with kicking out women more easily.

It wasn't the majority though. Less than half of voters, and that is only the voters. Barely more votes percentage-wise than Kamala. The rest was third party. And many people didn't vote at all. Now, they unfortunately do represent us, but it is MAGA that claims a non-existent mandate.

Yes, I hate seeing this. I have a child with autism. And other friends and family on the spectrum. They can be awkward sometimes. They do NOT have this grandiose self-importance and lack of caring for all other people displayed so publicly.

My son is a plebe at West Point. In parliamentary debate there. A WW2 history buff. Lietenant governor at Boy's State his high school junior year. He is about 1000% times more qualified than Hegseth. But smart enough to know he isn't actually qualified either.

Whenever someone starts a conversation about politics with me by saying some variation of, "I'm a free thinker" I know I am about to hear a "libertarian" or "apolotical" arrogant jerk that thinks I am an idiot because I actually follow legitimate news sources. "Free thinker" is now a red flag.

That's why I am getting a computer science degree, AND I know how to cook, garden, build furniture, weave, crochet, sew, and do various home improvement tasks. Lol. Hopefully, I will be making money with tech and when we lose the grid, all the tech bros will be begging me for help. A girl can dream.

Since discrimination is legal now I want a larger company of some sort to start firing all their white men (or at least pretend to do so of they are good employees). Then when someone sues, point to Trump's declaration and shrug.

Yes, I am contemplating writing something about this and shopping it around. When in our history and human history in general have people gotten ahead solely on merit? Never! Rich people with influential families have always gotten ahead with virtually no work.

The old stuff is coming to light as well. They can't keep it from the public when we can access information so much more easily. If we choose to do so. Churches have had to admit to atrocities, too. The problem is the people who keep their heads in the sand.

Thankfully it is harder to erase history now. More people know and more people recorded the events. They can erase it from government websites, but people still have the information. We need to make sure we back everything up, digitally and in paper form when possible.
