I cringe at having any kind of meeting in open plan, I’m so conscious of contributing to the noise. Open plan is a disaster and should be abolished! But sadly it’s cheap(er)

I have to be onsite two days a week and I basically write them off for anything except going to meetings, it’s impossible to work at an open plan desk 😖

Completely agree, from my user perspective anyway - and the complexity means there are so many sunk costs in development that by the time users feed back that it’s not what they want, no one wants to hear it 😔
