To make matters worse, I kinda went to town on them, feeling safe in our obscurity (few hundred listeners per episode), AND we had audio issues not spotted until too late. If this episode goes viral, I may flee to the mou trains and become a monkey.

They may want a committed, long-term relationship... but not with you. Even going into it with best intentions doesn't mean things don't change, or you're ot who they thought you were.

An example? Created a new 365 account Tuesday. Told the customer it was unlicensed, and thus would have no access to any of the apps or services. They have come back today complaining that it has no access to apps or services, and they suspect it's because it has no license.
