Planet imagery acquired 1036Z 18JUN2025 showed that the Bavar system IVO the refinery has likely redeployed approximately 650 m west to a legacy air defense position.

I can't believe we're in a timeline where Tucker Freaking Carlson is a voice of reason in a conversation.

Iran's air defense continues to be degraded. Planet imagery acquired 0744Z 18JUN2025 highly suggests Israeli airstrikes have destroyed S-200 components to include the two 5N62 SQUARE PAIR and the 5N84 TALL KING radars. These were deployed around the Eight Shekari Airbase in Isfahan.

'Meredith,' some guys ask, 'why won't you shove AI into Signal?' Because we love privacy, and we love you, and this shit is predictable and unacceptable. Use Signal ❤️

"Good night sweet prince" I've been tracking Iranian frankenradars for years, and today Tehran lost one I believe to be the basis for several others that have popped up recently.

There must be trouble in The People's Paradise as the Choi Hyon-class destroyer remains at the shipyard despite the relaunch ceremony on 12JUN2025. It'll be amusing to see how long the boat stays in the dock given estimates provided by KNCA. Will shipyard workers escape execution? Stay tuned.

Returning to Ukraine for a moment: "What air defense doing?"

It was one of the most massive naval invasions the world had ever seen—a two-pronged assault from the sea with thousands of ships and tens of thousands of Chinese, Korean, and Mongol troops, coursing toward the coast of Japan in June 1281. usni.org/magazines/n...

"Israeli security official: We evacuated Base 8200 and Mossad headquarters near Tel Aviv." Unit 8200 is the Israeli equivalent of the NSA to the U.S.

Last we saw there was a Bavar series system deployed to Eslamshahr. Yesterday, the Israeli airstrikes may have taken out the radar. There's a possible burn scar in @planetlabs.bsky.social 3m imagery where the radar was last parked, and the TEL position now appears empty.

Continuing collection on Israel's airstrikes, Umbra SAR imagery captured late yesterday shows quite a bit of damage at the Tabriz missile complex.

It's going to be a two pot of coffee kind of day... One of the latest Umbra collects from last night's strikes on Iran.
