I don't want the argument I'm just being honest about it. I love Linux. I daily drove it a couple months ago and it was fun for me. I love how different it is and how open it is. But sometimes I like how windows is just plug and play. Launch a game and game work. I'm not alone in that assessment

Sorry I don't have rose tinted glasses and huff copium all day. The reason Linux won't be adopted is because it isn't supported. Once you get cod or Valorant running on Linux then we can talk.

Because nobody wants to adopt Linux as a serious gaming OS. Linux is a server OS a work OS. not a gaming OS. If valve wants to innovate it's going to take them another 10 years for that innovation to happen. Maybe even more.

Don't get me wrong. I own a steam deck and it was amazing when I had it. Then I got the rog ally and legion go. Blew the steam deck out of the water. In OS and performance. If you want steam to take over the industry. It's either make Linux have more then a % of market or ditch it.
