Hey guys- White nationalists have helped a white woman in Minnesota raise $300k after she was filmed calling a five-year-old Black child the n-word. The local NAACP chapter is fundraising for the boy and his family to get legal help. The least we could do is out-fundraise the nazis. Donate here:

@devincf.bsky.social — not what you want to hear, but 90% of your weight loss wins will come from diet. Caloric deficit is what drives fat loss. Exercise expends calories, but not as much as cutting way back on bread and pasta.
