It looks like the US needs a totally different approach in hiring top personal for a lot of offices within the government. That is US Marshalls, FBI, CIA etc. Futhermore qualifications in place before you can get positions appointed!

And I’m sorry to say, but it’s not like the US has much to offer besides its military strength.
I know we pay a lot in taxes, especially compared to the US. But in return we have free healthcare (hospitals and dentists), free education in Greenland and in Denmark, social security etc.
