No dumbass, I’ll use a crayon this time. There is not one single investment professional alive that would ever recommend putting 100% of your retirement fund into a single short term investment vehicle, no matter the underwriter. The value, or lack thereof, of any currency is irrelevant.

As a short to intermediate term investment for idle cash, nothing. As a non diversified long term investment, everything. Comparing treasuries (investment) to a currency (US Dollar) tells me you don’t know anything when it comes to this discussion. Good bye.

The only problem is that trust fund is invested 100% in US Treasuries. We have borrowed from the fund to pay for operating expenses and are now looking at the real possibility of defaulting for the first time in our history.
