..and imho similar dirty tricks can be used against MAGA too. They're so full of hate and paranoia that it's easy to get them fighting themselves. There are various factions in the MAGAverse and it could be a viable option, BUT imho it needs more coordination.

When/if they succeed they'll cut launch costs by 10X or more and be able to launch GIANT payloads that no other country or company can. And that means whether Moon missions or space-base arms platforms, it'll be doable.
That's not saying it's right or wrong or that we should, but we WILL be able to.
