I am no fan of PP but he is correct - laws are enacted by parliament- laws are enforced by the courts. You just have to look south of the border to see what happens when new laws are created by their SCOTUS.

To anyone who thinks Musk is a genius, please explain how the amount he claims to be fraudulent is almost $50 billion more than the Social Services Administration received for 2025 distributions. He is as stupid as Trump is by spouting off with figures that can be fact checked.

I stayed on Twitter after it became X but I was never a paid subscriber. The postings became more inundated with Musk’s bullshit as the 2024 election grew ever closer. I removed the X App on the day Trump was inaugurated, never to return. There must be many millions of others like me.

People lost their homes to predators like Mnuchin, a former Secretary of the Treasury during Trump’s first term, who bought up homes in bankruptcy from the trading of derivatives. Obama had no role in that debacle.

Any American reading through this thread has to appreciate the damage done by the Robert’s’ SCOTUS decision on Citizens United. Their claim to support free speech is as hollow as an old diseased oak tree. Dark money needs to be removed from US politics - period!

I have been a loyal Canadian fan of MSNBC since Trump’s first election. Today … no more! No fucking backbone. Rachel, Ari, Chris and Lawrence should up and quit over this. But they won’t for the same reason Republicans won’t quit because of Trump. Money fucks everything up.

Republican voters have refused to admit the lunacy of that philosophy despite evidence that the major corporations use tax cuts to buy-back shares to increase their value. Doing so primarily benefits the wealthy who do not create more jobs.

It is my opinion that it was done through Starlink’s 250 low altitude satellites. No one has won all swing states since Reagan’s reelection. It was Reagan who first introduced “trickle-down” economics to justify his massive tax cuts to the wealthy. Every GOP president since has used that philosophy.
