Angered by Trump is applicable in terms of visitors from Canada. We cut our travel to the US as soon as he started talking about annexing us as 51st state. Fear of incarceration and deportation have just added to the reasons for people not to travel to the US.

The number of times in a week that I drive a kid or go rescue them due to a missing bus, led us to buy a plug in vehicle to reduce how much we spend on gas as chauffeurs. Still paying twice to get a kid somewhere…

It has been clear since your president started threatening to annex our country and attack our economy that The US is no longer our ally. Canadians are pretty unified on that front. Many of us stopped buying products made in the US and are looking for alternative sources.

It may just be that you weren’t home when someone knocked. Candidates work pretty hard to knock every door in the riding, either themselves or someone on their team. This election was short so harder to get around to every door.
Also candidate should show up to debates.

I get it. Elections aren’t panaceas. The parties are flawed, demoralizing even. Electoral politics on their own won’t save us.
But it actually does matter who wins. There’s better and worse. And Ford is worse.
Staying home is dooming others to live with Ford. Not great!

She is not currently an MP. Dalla was an MP from 2004 to 2011. I have no idea whether she should have been removed or not. Just pointing out that she has not been an MP since 2011.

We’re all down by the border because it’s cold up here and the dumpster fire gives off heat.

We will not shut up about your president seeking to destabilize our economy and threatening our sovereignty as a nation.
